Shipping policy

Can I return or exchange my order? 

We only ship within the U.S. Please allow  4-6 business days for order processing. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking email, either USPS or UPS.  Please note that USPS and UPS may experience delivery delays.

Additionally, we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges - but, we always want to ensure your dog is happy. Please reach out to us and let us know how we can help!

Do you offer local pick up?

What's the shelf life?

I'm sorry, we're a home-based business and don't offer a pick-up option at this time. Your order will be shipped to you instead. Thank you for understanding.

Treats made with fresh ingredients and no preservatives may last for three weeks or so. For prolonged freshness, store them in the refrigerator.
